Tips are not required but if we made your little girls party a one-of-a-kind experience, gratuities are very much appreciated.

The party host is required to be at the location. Due to limited space, we ask that you do not stay on the bus, but frequent check-ins will be fine.

As close to your location as possible. You are responsible for securing parking space and getting parking permit (if needed).

A 50% non-refundable deposit, is required to book a party. Balance is due 48 hours prior to party.

You are allowed one reschedule of your party without penalty. If you cancel you will be responsible for 50% of your total party cost. You must give 48 hours’ notice to reschedule your party. Remember that your deposit is non-refundable (no exceptions)

If you pay a deposit it will be forfeited. If you pay the full amount for the party you will only lose your deposit not the full amount.

Please have all nail polish removed from hands and feet. There will be a $5 fee per child to remove polish.

We will arrive one hour before to setup and start your party within 10 minutes of the designated start time. Please make sure where ever the bus will be parked is clear of any obstructions.

Our Staff will direct them on what to do from the time the bus arrives until the bus leaves.

We come rain or shine our bus is climate controlled! As long as it is safe for us to drive to your location the party is still on. If Brooketiful Mobile Spa Express cannot make it to your party due to extreme weather conditions or unforeseen mechanical failure, we will return your full deposit or make alternate party arrangements that are acceptable to the party host.
