Before embarking on this journey with us, we kindly ask you to carefully read and familiarize yourself with our booking policy and bus rules. These guidelines have been designed to ensure a seamless and enjoyable experience for all. Thank you for your cooperation!
Bus Rules
The spa bus rules at Brooketiful Express play a crucial role in maintaining a positive and empowering environment for the confident young girls we serve. By adhering to these rules, we ensure that every experience on our bus is both enjoyable and respectful.
1. We kindly request that children refrain from using profanity.
2. Provocative dancing is not permitted during our parties.
3. We create a fun and wholesome environment by playing only clean, family-friendly music.
4. Please arrive with bare nails to enjoy our nail services fully.
5. Children who arrive with polish or gel polish on their nails will forfeit our mani-pedi service.
6. Please note that we are closed on Fridays and cannot accommodate requests for service on that day.
7. We provide beverages for your convenience and kindly ask that outside beverages not be brought along.
8. Our services are exclusively available for children aged 9 and under.
9. If a child chooses to leave our bus before the scheduled time, we respect their decision and will not force them to stay.
Booking Policy
Booking a spa experience with us is a special opportunity for young girls to cultivate self-esteem and positive self-images in a nurturing environment. To streamline this process and ensure a seamless experience, we've implemented the following policies:

1. A 15-30 minute consultation (within 48 hours of booking) ensures that our services align perfectly with your expectations, providing a personalized experience tailored to each individual.
2. Following the consultation, an invoice (Policy 2) will be promptly sent, with payment due within 24 hours to secure your preferred date.
3. To allow ample time for preparations, payment for your scheduled party is now required 7 days in advance.
